Custom Order Terms and Conditions 
1. Custom Orders are not returnable and as such are final sale.
2. Custom Orders must be approved by customers, including: the product itself, quality, sizing, style, measurements, design, etc. before proceeding with the order and again before powder coating and/or shipping.
3. No further changes will be accepted after the order goes into production.
4. Production times vary based on amount of orders in process. We are a small 2 person business and our current turnaround time is 8-16 (guesstimate)
weeks.
5. Fitment- if your order arrives and does not fit per your agreed upon measurements, evidence and photo proof will be required to discuss and determine what needs to be done to resolve the issue. We will not make style, coating, design changes once you have agreed to, and received your order. 
6. Payment- Half of your order total must be paid in order for your order to go into production. This is a non refundable deposit. This amount merely covers the material and tools needed to produce your order. The remaining balance is due prior to pick up/shipping.
7. As Is- No Warranty: Once the order leaves our shop, there is no warranty whatsoever. Custom orders are made by the customers specs, and there's no way for us to factually know what happens once it leaves our shop, you are responsible for any and all of it after it is paid for and shipped to you.
